I started oil painting 20 years ago in Ventura California and I have formal training in Oklahoma. Like any artist should, my style changes. I have a series of asian impressionism, American and European landscape expressionism, I also do impressionist portraits of babies, as well as some abstract works that play off of irony, annoyances, and social structure. I am finishing up my degree in art history and I will continue teaching art in private schools and at the University level after graduation. I also set up art art exhibits and do appraisals. My main focus is my art which is a part of my soul and I feel throughout life whenmy heart and soul have been tied down and in chains, the art could release all of the pain. It also brings me great joy to portray the innocence of a baby in the soft impressionistic glow or the vivid electricity of a city or a moment through expressionism.
